Jonathan Jackson is a Filmmaker, Photographer, and Managing Partner of American New Wave Media Group L.L.C. American New Wave Media Group produces high quality concepts for film, television, and music, on a smaller budgets than most, having limited finical resources. The concept of the company is to align its self with others who are like minded, sort of a small, and independent conglomerates. Jonathan has built business relationships with various small companies and manufactures, allowing him to produce new wave products at low cost. His associates include J-Dubble ( www.myspace.com/jdubble7), Producer/DJ Damion Yancy of D.Y.N.O. and Republic New Orleans, Randy Perez of Timecode:NOLA(www.timecodenola.com), Cyril Krimo of Scarla Wear ( www.scarla-wear.com) , and Ken Bloxman (executive producer of My Scene TV in Baton Rouge) among many others.
In 2008, Jonathan became a producer for the independent film program Timecode:NOLA. Jonathan completed a short film, "Digital Love of a Robot Soul" with Anthony Faia, and is currently working on"i am nola" with Dennis Nguyen and writing "Selassie" about African king Haile Selassie.
